The kick off meeting took place in Paris Observatory the 17th of January 2020, despite les grèves.
During the meeting we said that some important papers have to be higlighted by a short text. The paper Congiu et al 2009, in the drop box folder, is about the excited H2 (and de-excited) H2 just formed on grains and released with high internal energy. This is related to a calculation currently made by a student in link with Cecilia.
